An applicator is a device for automatic or manual gluing of self-adhesive labels on products and various kinds of packaging.
ภาย has established a network of partners who are tasked with the delivery, installation and maintenance of applicators of various models as well as training the customers’ personnel.
Automatic applicators
An automatic applicator can be installed at:
- conveyors for attaching labels to moving products;
- packing machines for attaching labels to the packing film before the products are packaged.
Automatic applicators are reliable, high-tech devices geared towards a variety of industrial environments. Due to their universal design, they can be integrated into rotary automatic labelers and transfer lines, which make these devices particularly suitable for alcoholic beverage manufacturers.
The applicators currently produced feature the following characteristics: 
Label width up to: 100 mm, 110 mm, 160 mm, 230 mm.
Label application speed:
- up to 25-30 m/ min. (low-speed);
- up to 55 m/ min. (medium-speed);
- up to 100 m/min. (high-speed).
Conveyor productivity:
- 6,000 pieces an hour or less;
- 9,000 pieces an hour or less;
- Higher productivity.
The standard models are equipped with a 3-inch plug but other plugs can be fitted on request. Some models employ an 1,5 inch plug.
The optional features are as follows:
- A transparent label sensor;
- A roll diameter sensor;
- A hot stamping printer installation bracing.
Some models feature the following functions:
APSF is necessary for variable speed conveyors. A speed transducer is ordered separately.
The "Tandem" feature is designed for non-stop labeling and permits successive activation of applicators working in tandem.
Depending on the model, the price of the applicator ranges from 4,000 to 20,000 USD.
Manual applicators
The manual applicators (label pistols) are used for the manual application of labels. The label pistol design allows for a quick replacement of tape with self-adhesive labels. Thus, a single label pistol can be used to apply different labels. 
Depending on the pistol model, the following labels can be used:
- Width: 25 - 60 mm.
- Length: 20 - 60 mm.
The applicator is priced at 150-300 USD.
